“SEE” main title wins big at SXSW 2020

One of our favorite yearly film festivals, SXSW was one of the many global events affected by the current health crisis. Creative Director Karin Fong, and Marketing Director Krista Templeton had plans to head to Austin to participate in a talk with Amazon Prime Video and Art of the Title on how to design iconic content for TV brands and streaming platforms alike. The talk titled, “From Brand to Boom: the Evolution of Main Titles” was on how to keep audiences tuned in across multiple screens and unlimited channels. Although it didn’t happen, we were excited to participate and look forward to being a part of next year’s festival.

What you probably missed at SXSW

We are thankful that SXSW was able to hold it’s juried film awards, and although we love seeing the titles play-out on the big screen, we can’t wait to hang this year’s belt buckle for their choice of Excellence in Main Title Design. SXSW pulls together some of the most varied and unique title sequences from all over the world, and our openings for SEE, For All Mankind and Tell Me A Story, were all accepted to the 2020 screening.
