Teaser and main title for Arnold New York
Arnold New York’s documentary, “Heart Felt: True Stories of Life in the Shadow of High LDL Cholesterol” sheds light on the dangers of living with high cholesterol. Working closely with Academy Award-winning
filmmaker Cynthia Wade, Director Alan Williams and team created a thoughtful, textured opening using dynamic watercolor imagery.
what we did
We tested various paint hues against toothy watercolor paper to create the unique environments behind the sequence’s cel-animated characters. In keeping with the style of our animated teaser, the film’s main title features watercolor paints laid over footage pulled from the documentary.
