Karate Kid: Legends

Main on End Title Sequence for Sony
For Karate Kid: Legends, the main-on-end title sequence was designed as a bold, expressive celebration. Packed with winks, nods, and deep-cut easter eggs for both longtime fans and new recruits, it captures iconic symbols and fan-favorite moments through vibrant, gestural animation. Director Jonathan Entwistle and the creative team didn’t just want to honor Karate Kid history—they wanted to have fun with it. The result? Punchy, manga-inspired visuals that play equal parts tribute and victory lap, with a touch of tiger energy and a few well-placed traps for eagle-eyed fans.

what we did

We brought the energy with a stylized, animated sequence full of kinetic brushwork, expressive movement, and pure joy. The animation lets iconic imagery move like memory in motion. We packed in as many touchstones as we could: Jackie Chan’s fly swatter? Swatted. Ralph Macchio’s crane kick? Flawless form. Mr. Miyagi’s bonsai tree? How could we not? And yes—even New York’s favorite “stuffed” crust pizza makes a greasy cameo. Every frame hits with personality, bridging generations into one joyful, animated sendoff.
